This website www.vividrecruitment.com.au ("Website") is owned and operated by Vivid Recruitment (ABN 715 332 609 06) (collectively referred to as "Vivid Recruitment", "Vivid", "we," "us," or "our" herein).


These terms and conditions govern the use of the website Domain name.


By accessing and using the Website you accept the following terms and conditions ("Terms") and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms do not access or use the Website.


Vivid Recruitment reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time and advises you to refer to them each time you use or access the Website. Your access or use of the Website after an updated version of the Terms has been made indicates your acceptance of the Terms as changed by us.

  2. There is no commitment from Vivid Recruitment regarding the job vacancy, job description or your success in the recruitment process
  3. The application process on the Website and any related job vacancy may be suspended or cancelled by Vivid Recruitment or a client without notice
  4. Vivid Recruitment uses reasonable efforts to monitor and ensure that job vacancies are accurate, current and/or continue to be available but cannot provide any guarantees to that effect. Vivid Recruitment disclaims any liability in respect of a job description or availability or choice of candidate by Vivid Recruitment clients.
  5. By clicking and accepting or applying your signature to any document provided to you through the website, either electronically, digitally or otherwise you are legally accepting and /or confirming you have read and understood the terms provided and that document becomes binding on you
  6. You are responsible for seeking your own professional advice in respect pf any terms or documents arising from your use of the Website or participation in the recruitment process. As a consumer you have certain rights under Australian Consumer Law and state and territory legislation, which include statutory guarantees which cannot be excluded and nothing in these terms operates to exclude these statutory guarantees.

Vivid Recruitment is not responsible for illegal acts, or for any temporary or permanent damage or failure caused by data processing equipment or the user gaining access to the Website or in general while downloading files and programs that make up the Website to its servers. More particularly, Vivid Recruitment is not responsible for the transmission of viruses via its the Website.

In addition to the terms of any Social Media website, Vivid Recruitment will consider any content you publish on or in relation to Vivid Recruitments official page and account as subject to these Terms.
