Vivid started as a shared vision between mates over a few beers one Wednesday evening that quickly grew into an exciting reality. After experiencing agency recruitment within both global and boutique businesses, we knew it was time to venture out on our own and stamp our individual mark on the construction industry.

Recently growing to a team of three with over 24 years dedicated recruiting knowledge between us, we are confident that we have pretty much seen it all - the good, the bad and the ugly. We want to package up that experience, simplify it, and use it to add as much value as we can to each and every candidate and client we partner with.
